NASCAR Schedule for Friday at World Wide Technology Raceway

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will be racing at World Wide Technology Raceway on Friday, with trucks taking to the track for practice and qualifying ahead of Saturday’s race. Meanwhile, Cup teams will be busy inspecting their cars, with Cup cars not hitting the track until Saturday.

Friday’s schedule at WWT Raceway includes a garage open from 1-8 p.m. for both the Craftsman Truck Series and the Cup Series. At 6:05 p.m., truck series practice will begin and be broadcast on Fox. Following that, qualifying for the truck series will take place from 6:35-7:30 p.m., also on Fox.

The weather forecast for Friday is partly cloudy with a high of 79 degrees and a 10% chance of rain at the start of truck qualifying. With trucks preparing for Saturday’s race, it’s sure to be an exciting day at WWT Raceway.
