MSA Safety, Inc. (NYSE: MSA) has appointed David J. Howells as the President of MSA International. In his new role, Mr. Howells will oversee all of MSA Safety’s business operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He previously served as Interim President of MSA International and Vice President of Sales and Customer Marketing at the company.
Steve Blanco, the CEO of MSA Safety, praised Mr. Howells for his contributions to the company’s revenue growth and operating margin expansion. Blanco expressed excitement about Howells taking on this new leadership role and helping execute the long-term strategy of keeping workers safe worldwide.
