Motorola Launches Sustainable Smartphone Buyback Program, Encouraging Upgrades and Environmental Care

Motorola has launched a new program called Plan Canja Motorola in partnership with Assurant to encourage the buyback and upgrade of smartphones while also promoting environmental care. The company aims to give a second life to used equipment and reduce carbon emissions by refurbishing 1,000 devices.

Interested users can visit any of the official Motorola stores, including eight flagship stores and 29 stores located in major shopping centers across the country. An advisor will assess the condition of the device being traded in and provide an estimated value based on its model and condition.

Users can trade in old Motorola, Apple (iPhone 7 or newer), and Samsung devices from different family lines for a new smartphone. The program also applies to damaged equipment as long as it works properly. Additional discounts may be available for premium segment phones such as motorola edge 40 pro and motorola razr 40 ultra.

The values of the devices traded in vary depending on their model, but users may receive additional discounts up to 10% if they choose a premium segment phone. The program also includes benefits such as interest-free installments and free shipping.
