Singapore-based Mobile-health Network Solutions sets US IPO price at $4, at the lower end of the range

In recent news, Mobile-health Network Solutions successfully raised $9 million through an offering of 2.3 million shares at $4 each. This offering was on the lower end of the pricing range, which was between $4 and $5. The company operates in the APAC region and provides a platform for telehealth and other healthcare services.

Mobile-health Network Solutions’ MaNaDr platform is accessible through a mobile application and website, catering to both users and healthcare providers. Through this platform, users can access a variety of telehealth solutions, including teleconsultation services and personalized care options. Additionally, the company runs a GP clinic in Singapore. As of September 2023, the company has active users from over 18 different jurisdictions around the world, including countries like Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia, India, and the Philippines.

Looking ahead, Mobile-health Network Solutions plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol MNDR. Network 1 Financial Securities played a key role in the offering, serving as the sole bookrunner.
