The Union County Sheriff’s Office in Anna, Illinois is advising residents to stay cautious and keep their vehicles and homes secured due to a missing Choate Mental Health patient. The missing individual is described as a white man with a thin build, weighing 200 pounds, standing at 6 feet tall, and bald. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve gray shirt, pants, and tennis shoes, walking westbound on Young Avenue towards Green Street in Anna.

An alert was issued regarding the missing man just before 9:10 p.m. on Sunday, May 19th, urging the public to not approach him but to immediately contact the police or the Union County Sheriff’s Office at 618-833-5500 if they spot someone matching the description.
