Taking second place is Bodega El Capricho in Jiménez de Jamuz, Spain, while Margaret in Sydney, Australia takes third spot. The World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants have been running since 2019 and focus on strict quality standards for selection, including aspects such as taste, terroir, character, marbling, cut and preparation of the meat.
