Meta Unveils a Revolutionary AI Assistant for Users of Facebook and Instagram: Llama 3″.

Meta launches artificial intelligence model on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, flooding the networks

Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, has announced its entry into the competitive artificial intelligence (AI) sector. Users of Meta’s popular applications, such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, will now have access to an assistant that can answer questions, provide advice, and create drawings. The virtual assistant will be prominently featured in these apps, encouraging users to interact with it. Additionally, Meta will create a separate app and page where users can consult the assistant for free.

The launch of Llama 3, the new version of Meta’s AI model, will enhance user experiences across all its platforms. With over 3 billion users worldwide, Meta’s decision to integrate AI into its apps is poised to revolutionize access to this technology. Although platforms like OpenAI’s ChatGPT have been successful, Meta’s new AI assistant will offer a higher level of accessibility. In fact, 11% of Spaniards already use ChatGPT on a daily basis.

The virtual assistant not only answers questions but also creates illustrations and animations in real-time. The AI will respond to user prompts with immediate visual creations, making the interaction more engaging. Meta AI’s launch will be available in English in 14 countries initially but plans to expand to other languages in the future. While the focus is currently on English-speaking users, Meta has plans to expand to other languages in the future.

As with any new technology
