The NFL has launched an initiative called the NFL Diversity in Sports Medicine Pipeline Initiative, which aims to increase and diversify the pipeline of students interested in pursuing careers in sports medicine. The program provides medical students with the opportunity to complete a clinical rotation with NFL club medical staff. By doing so, this initiative hopes to make a positive impact on the medical field and help diversify NFL club medical staff over time.
