“Murder Company,” a thrilling action film set during World War II, has been acquired by Maverick Film and Complex Corp. The film promises to be a captivating experience for audiences and is scheduled for release on July 5 in theaters, on demand, and digitally.

The movie was written by Jesse Mittelstadt and directed by Shane Dax Taylor, and features an impressive cast including William Moseley, Pooch Hall, Gilles Marini, Joe Anderson, and Kelsey Grammer. The film was shot entirely in Europe and follows U.S. soldiers as they smuggle a member of the French resistance behind enemy lines to assassinate a high-value Nazi target during the D-Day invasion.

President of Maverick Film Richard Switzer expressed his excitement about bringing “Murder Company” to audiences. He described it as an exhilarating homage to classic WWII films such as “Saving Private Ryan,” with intense action and emotional storytelling. Switzer and Complex Corp President Ian Niles are committed to producing quality content for their audiences and have released an average of 10 films per year.

The two executives negotiated the deal to acquire “Murder Company” on behalf of the filmmakers. They are known for producing, financing, and distributing feature films and continue to produce a variety of films each year.
