United States Men’s National Team climbs to 11th place in the most recent FIFA men’s world rankings, while England drops to fourth position

The recent FIFA men’s world rankings have seen a major shift in the standings, with the USMNT climbing to 11th place. This move comes after their successful CONCACAF Nations League victories over Jamaica and Mexico in March. The team, led by Gregg Berhalter, has moved up two places and now sits just behind Croatia in the top 10. Meanwhile, England has dropped to fourth in the rankings following their failure to secure a victory in their last three games against Belgium, Brazil, and North Macedonia.

Looking at the latest rankings, Germany remains in 16th place despite being the host of the upcoming European Championship. The current world champions since winning the World Cup in 2022, Argentina holds the top spot of the rankings after losing only one of their last 12 games. France is currently in second place with Belgium moving up to third after being unbeaten in their last 13 matches.

Top teams such as Portugal, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Colombia, Morocco, Mexico and Uruguay are still present among the top 15 ranking spots.
