Maine’s Business Community Booms with New Appointments, Awards, and Openings

Several recent hires, promotions, and appointments have been announced in various industries in Portland. In the real estate industry, Jonathan Diggs has been appointed as the new finance director at Reveler Development. He previously worked at Truist Financial. Meanwhile, Paul Drinan has taken on the role of active transportation director at the Bicycle Coalition of Maine. Keller Williams Realty has also welcomed 10 new agents in May.

In addition to these changes, several individuals have received special recognition for their achievements. Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers was named Realtor of the Year by the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. Furthermore, eight businesses in Maine received awards from SCORE, a nonprofit organization that supports entrepreneurs.

Lastly, there have been some exciting new business openings in the area. Chase Bank has recently opened its first branch in Scarborough at 1 Hannaford Drive. These developments reflect the ongoing growth and activity in the local business community.
