Last week, two lucky winners visited the main ticket office of the Croatian Lottery to claim their prizes. The first winner had won a record Jackpot of EUR 1,106,868.90 in Lot 7, while the second winner had won EUR 437,029.87 in the Joker game on May 17.
The second winner shared how he discovered his big win through Italian news and was surprised to learn that he had purchased the winning ticket at a Croatian Lottery point of sale in Zagreb, where he had also picked his numbers. Excited and in disbelief, he shared the news with his family who were equally shocked and emotional. While they are still processing their win, the winner jokingly advises other Croatian Lottery players to play as you can’t win if you don’t participate.
Meanwhile, a lucky winner from Osijek won a Joker 5 prize of 6,000 euros. The Eurojackpot drawing for a Jackpot of 120 million euros is scheduled for tonight, with a new drawing of Lot 7 for one million euros on Wednesday.
