LSEG Strengthens Business Development with New Hire and Expansion of Division

Former Citi Execution Sales Specialist Joins LSEG to Expand Business Development Division

Richard Worrell, the new head of secondary markets sales and business development at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), has recently expanded the exchange’s business development division under his leadership. Reesha Radia, a former Citi employee with almost five years of experience in execution sales-focused roles, has been appointed as a senior manager in business development and sales at LSEG, effective April.

Radia’s addition to LSEG comes after Worrell joined the team in January, having previously worked as the former head of EMEA equity trading at Janus Henderson for many years in the buy-side equity trading industry. Together, they are set to contribute towards the growth and development of LSEG’s business development division.

Prior to her role at Citi, Radia completed various summer and spring analyst internships at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. Her experience in sales-focused roles will be valuable to LSEG as it continues to expand its presence in the financial services industry.
