Ligue 1 Giants Race Against Time to Strengthen their Backline: Will Paris Saint-Germain Finally Land the Talented Leny Yoro?

PSG makes contract offer to Lutsharel Geertruida, a Liverpool target

Lille OSC center-back Leny Yoro appears to be on the verge of joining Real Madrid, leaving Paris Saint-Germain to explore other options. Despite PSG’s interest in signing Yoro, the French champions have been unable to convince him to join their ranks. Instead, Yoro has set his sights on a move to the Spanish capital.

One option that PSG is considering is Feyenoord’s Lutsharel Geertruida. The Dutch defender has caught the eye of Liverpool as well and has proven himself to be a reliable option at Feyenoord. According to reports from L’Équipe, PSG sporting director Luís Campos has presented Geertruida with a contract offer in an attempt to secure his services.

PSG is not stopping there, however. The club is also exploring multiple transfer targets to reinforce their right-hand side of the center-back pairing, especially with Nordi Mukiele likely to depart in the upcoming transfer window. PSG is determined to act swiftly in the competitive market and secure the necessary reinforcements to compete at the highest level.
