‘Jonathan Bailey Considered for Lead Role in ‘Jurassic World’ Sequel’

Jurassic World, the latest installment of the iconic franchise created by Michael Crichton and adapted by Steven Spielberg, is set to continue its world-building journey. Amblin Entertainment, in partnership with Universal, is bringing back the world of Jurassic Park with Gareth Edwards directing and David Koepp writing. The film will feature Scarlett Johansson and is expected to further explore the park’s unique challenges and opportunities.

During CinemaCon last week, Jonathan Bailey, best known for his role as Prince Fiyero in Wicked and his starring role in the Showtime limited series Fellow Travelers, made an appearance and was announced as a potential lead for the new Jurassic World movie. With Critics Choice Awards under his belt and representation from CAA, Anonymous Content, and Hansen Jacobson, Bailey’s career in Hollywood is on track to solidify with this exciting opportunity.
