Vols fans in Knoxville can gather together to cheer on their team as they face off against Texas A&M this weekend. The University of Tennessee Athletics Department is hosting a “Big Orange Watch Party” in Vol Village, which is free for fans to attend. The event will take place on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m.
Fans can look forward to a live big-screen game broadcast, tailgate games, activities for children, food trucks, and the Vol Shop on Location. It’s encouraged for attendees to bring their own chairs, coolers, and blankets to make the most out of the experience.
Parking is available in the G-16 (Volunteer Boulevard) garage, with fans instructed to travel north on Lake Loudoun Boulevard and then turn into the garage via Johnny Majors Drive. An updated campus map is available online due to construction on campus.
The Storm Team 6 forecast predicts plenty of sunshine for the event, but in case of rain or inclement weather, it may be cancelled. UT is excited for fans to come out and support the Vols during this exciting weekend of college sports.
