John Deere Boosts Production Capacity in Argentina with $15 Million Investment

A multinational corporation to increase plant capacity by 50%

John Deere recently announced plans to launch major upgrades at its plant in Las Rosas, Santa Fe in April. These upgrades will increase the production capacity of sprayers and seeders by 50% following a $15 million investment. Sergio Fernandez, the president of Industries John Deere Argentina, emphasized that this investment is part of a larger ambitious program that the company has been implementing in Argentina, with a total investment of over $265 million in the past decade.

John Deere has been manufacturing in Argentina for more than 65 years and is committed to supporting production and development in the country. The Las Rosas plant was originally built in 1943 and has undergone several expansions over the years. With this latest investment, it is seen as a milestone for the company and a commitment to embracing technology and optimizing processes in the agricultural sector.
