JHU Employees Earn Prizes and Improve Health During Mindful Movement Challenge on Burnalong Platform”.

Employees log a total of 21,432 minutes in Mind Your Health Challenge wrap-up

In May, JHU employees participated in the Mind Your Health Challenge, which took place on the Burnalong platform. During the challenge, participants engaged in various classes offered on the platform and were randomly selected to receive fun prizes each week. A total of 21,432 exercise and mindfulness minutes were completed during the challenge, helping to improve both mental and physical health while also fostering a sense of community within the platform.

Burnalong offers a diverse range of live and on-demand educational and fitness classes for free to JHU employees. Users can also add up to four subaccounts so that friends and family can join them on their wellness journey. Additionally, users have the option to create their own challenges on Burnalong to motivate others to develop healthy habits.
