Jets Coach Robert Saleh Unsure Why Haason Reddick Hasn’t Reported for Offseason Workouts, but Remains Confident in His Abilities

Jets anticipate Haason Reddick will be present at mandatory minicamp

New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh has announced that edge rusher Haason Reddick is expected to join the team for offseason workouts next week. However, Reddick has yet to report to the team since being traded from the Eagles earlier this year.

Saleh admitted that he is unsure why Reddick has been absent from team activities but stated that he wants all players present at practice if possible. Before the trade, Reddick had expressed his desire for a new contract as he is currently in the final year of his existing one. When asked about Reddick’s absence, Saleh redirected inquiries to General Manager Joe Douglas.

Despite Reddick’s absence, Saleh praised his professionalism and work ethic, noting that Reddick is a seasoned player who knows how to prepare for the season ahead. Saleh reassured that the team anticipates Reddick will be present at the upcoming mandatory minicamp and training camp this summer.
