Jayden’s Luck: Surviving the Francis Scott Key Bridge Collapse – A Tragic Accident Caused by a Ship Striking the Bridge’s Supports

Man cross Baltimore bridge just 3 minutes before its collapse following an argument.

In the early hours of Tuesday morning, tragedy struck in Baltimore as the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed. The collapse was caused by a ship that crashed into the bridge’s supports, resulting in the deaths of six construction workers.

One Baltimore resident, Jayden, narrowly avoided being on the bridge at the time of the collapse. He had crossed it three times in quick succession, initially planning to stay overnight at his girlfriend’s home on the north side of the river. However, after an argument, he returned home and felt guilty about it, crossing the bridge again. On his third attempt, just three minutes later, the bridge collapsed.

The engineering experts are investigating the cause of the collapse and have pointed to the massive size of the 95,000-ton container ship as a key factor. The shipping industry is also expected to face implications from this event.
