Javier Milei, the President of Argentina, is scheduled to travel to the United States on Tuesday night for a Jewish ceremony in Miami. During the event at the Chabad Lubavitch organization on Wednesday, Milei will be honored with the title “Ambassador of Light” for his dedication to promoting freedom, hope, and positivity as well as his efforts towards Israel.
Aside from the religious celebration, Milei has a packed agenda that includes a possible meeting with billionaire Elon Musk, the owner of Tesla and X. According to reports, Milei will meet with Musk in Texas at the Tesla factory after receiving an invitation from the businessman himself. Musk had previously expressed interest in investing in Argentina and had contacted Milei before his inauguration as president.
In addition to his meeting with Musk, Milei’s trip to the US also includes a presentation at Florida International University and meetings with local businesspeople. Starlink, another company owned by Musk, was recently authorized to provide satellite internet to Argentina and donated equipment to support rural schools in the country.
