Manager in charge of Hamas weapons development dies

The Israeli military announced the killing of Muhammad Salah, a weapons expert working at Hamas headquarters, in an air raid in the Gaza Strip. Salah was responsible for overseeing several terrorist teams involved in weapon development. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the most intense phase of the war in Rafah was coming to an end and that some forces may be moved to the north for defensive purposes and to allow displaced people to return home.

Meanwhile, Greek Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis condemned threats from Hezbollah against Cyprus, emphasizing Cyprus’ sovereignty as a member of the European Union.
