ISIS Terrorists Allegedly Subjected to Brutal Interrogations by Russian Authorities in Samani Court Appearance

The suspects included Dalradjon Barotovich Mirzoev, Sidekarmi Morodali Rachbelizoda, Shamsudin Faridun, and Mohammad-Sober Faizov, all citizens of Tajikistan.
