Isabella Holmgren Dominates the Women’s U23 XC World Cup in Val di Sole

Results of the U23 Women’s XCO from the 2024 Val di Sole XC World Cup

The U23 XC World Cup of the year was held on a refreshed Val di Sole course, where riders battled it out for victory. In the end, it was Isabella Holmgren who emerged as the winner, claiming another XCO victory in 2024 by crossing the finish line over a minute ahead of any other rider. Holmgren’s impressive win in Nove Mesto was followed by an unmatched performance, with only France’s Olivia Onesti coming within two and a half minutes of her time.

In the U23 Women’s category, Isabella Holmgren secured the top spot with a time of 1:14:54, followed closely behind by Olivia Onesti in second place with a time of 1:16:20 (+1:26). Elina Benoit finished in third place with a time of 1:17:31 (+2:37), while Valentina Corvi finished in fourth with a time of 1:17:45 (+2:51). Kira Böhm finished in fifth place with a time of 1:18:01 (+3:07).
