Iowa High School Sports Awards Keynote Speaker Hannah Stuelke: A Rising Star in College Basketball and an Inspiration to Young Athletes

The Iowa High School Sports Awards, presented by SCHEELS, have announced Hannah Stuelke as their keynote speaker for the 2024 event. Stuelke, a standout player for the Iowa women’s basketball team, has set multiple records and received numerous accolades in high school, including being named the Iowa Gatorade Player of the Year and Miss Iowa Basketball.

Stuelke is a native of Iowa and has continued to excel on the court since transitioning to play for the University of Iowa. She has earned recognition as the Big Ten Sixth Player of the Year and received All-Big Ten honors from coaches and media. This past season, she had a standout performance, scoring 47 points in a single game and averaging 14 points and 6.6 rebounds per game.

Her contributions were instrumental in helping lead the Hawkeyes to their second consecutive national championship game appearance. As a rising star in the world of college basketball, Stuelke’s success and achievements serve as an inspiration to young athletes across Iowa. The awards ceremony will take place on June 10 at Hoyt Sherman Place in Des Moines with tickets currently available for purchase.
