Two men, Nicholas Davis, 36, and Bradley Runyon, 42, were arrested Sunday afternoon after being discovered inside a business on the North Side of Youngstown. The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m., and police responded to an alarm call. The name of the business was not disclosed in the reports, and the address was blacked out on a police report.
Upon arrival at the scene, a broken window was found at the back of the business. Officers entered after a keyholder unlocked the front door. Runyon was discovered hiding behind a furnace on the floor, while Davis was located inside a cabinet under a sink. The men were charged with breaking and entering, which is considered a fifth-degree felony. They were taken to Mahoning County Jail and are expected to be arraigned later on Monday in municipal court.
It is unclear from the reports whether the men took anything from the business before being apprehended.
