Interest Rates for Housing Loans in Finland: Keep an Eye on Short-Term Euribor Rates Amidst Fluctuations and ECB Decisions

Recently, the most common reference interest rate for housing loans in Finland has been the one-year Euribor rate. It rose to 3.589 percent from the previous day’s 3.567 percent, indicating an increase.
