The doubleheader between the Wachusett and St. Paul baseball teams at Tivnan Field in Worcester, Mass. was a closely contested affair. Ethan DiVito hit a home run for the Mountaineers, while Nate Roy had a strong performance going 3-4 with three RBI. For St. Paul, Kreuz went 3-3 at the plate.
Both starting pitchers, Matt Moreno for Wachusett and Nick Fennucio for St. Paul, delivered solid performances on the mound. The rivalry between Wachusett and St. Paul was on full display as both teams battled hard in a closely contested doubleheader.
