Hempel Group President and CEO, Michael Hansen, has announced the addition of a new position in the executive group management team to focus on innovation within the organization. Ms. Barriau, a seasoned senior innovation executive with international experience, will be joining Hempel as the new technology executive vice president responsible for overseeing Research and Development, procurement, and sustainability within the company. Ms. Barriau previously worked for Henkel Adhesives Technologies for 15 years in various roles across transport, metals, and electronics industries before joining Ecolab in 2021 as head of research, development, and engineering organization for different businesses in Europe and IMEA.
