The ImmerseCon 24 STEM & Video Game Convention kicked off on Saturday and will run until tomorrow. Taking place at the Henrico Sports and Event Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 22 and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on June 23, this event is expected to attract attendees of all ages who are passionate about video games and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

Jeramy Moore, the Media Director for ImmerseCon, described the event as a video game and STEM festival with three primary goals: preparing the region for future STEM jobs, highlighting local geek communities, and creating a space for enthusiasts to come together and celebrate their interests.
