IFC Receives $236 Million Follow-On Contract to Continue Supporting Demographic and Health Surveys Program

Jennifer Welham quoted as ICF secures $236M USAID health survey support recompete contract

ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI) has received a possible five-year, $236 million follow-on contract from the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Bureau for Global Health to continue supporting the Demographic and Health Surveys Program. The recompete contract will enable ICF to help participating countries improve their ability to collect, analyze, and share data while implementing strategies that prioritize marginalized and vulnerable populations. Additionally, the company will work on enhancing survey efficiency and automation by leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence tools.

Jennifer Welham, senior vice president for health, people, and human services at ICF, emphasized the importance of the DHS Program in advancing global health understanding, especially in low- and middle-income countries. She expressed pride in ICF’s longstanding collaboration with USAID, providing expertise in health, survey research, and data management to support the development of effective health policies and interventions.
