Hassan Nasrallah, leader of Hezbollah, has warned that nowhere in Israel will be safe in case of an all-out war.

Several militia groups in the Middle East have expressed their willingness to support Hezbollah if necessary. One senior member of a militia group based in Baghdad confirmed that they are prepared to fight alongside Hezbollah if Israel sends troops into Lebanon. Similar sentiments have been expressed by other militia groups in the region, including the Fatimiyoun in Afghanistan, Zeinabiyoun in Pakistan and Houthi in Yemen.

Many pro-Iranian militia groups have been active in Syria, supporting government forces against rebel groups and ISIS. These groups have the ability to quickly cross the Syria-Lebanon border if needed to reinforce Hezbollah. While Hezbollah currently has a substantial number of members, the organization may seek support from regional allies if a total war breaks out with Israel.

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah has acknowledged offers of support from armed groups in various Middle Eastern countries but stated that Hezbollah currently has a sufficient number of fighters. Lebanese political analyst Qassim Qassir believes that Hezbollah may require support from regional allies if the conflict escalates further.

Former Israeli official Eran Etzion has warned of the high risk of facing fighting on multiple fronts if a war breaks out with Lebanon. Analysts fear that the ongoing confrontation between Hezbollah and Israel is reaching a critical point, with the potential for regional forces to become involved. The last conflict between Israel and Hezbollah in 2006 resulted in significant casualties and destruction in Lebanon.
