On Monday, Hero MotoCorp announced the resignation of its Chief Technology Officer, Arun Jaura. Jaura joined the company in January 2020 and had been instrumental in enriching the product portfolio of the company. He was responsible for launching several products in both domestic and global markets under his leadership.
CEO Niranjan Gupta expressed gratitude for Jaura’s contributions during his time with the company, acknowledging that change is inevitable in the industry. In light of Jaura’s resignation, Vikram Kasbekar will now lead the Research and Development (R&D) function.
Kasbekar has previous experience in overseeing the R&D function and was instrumental in the company’s smooth transition from BSIV to BSVI emission standards. Gupta expressed confidence in Kasbekar’s ability to continue driving innovation and product development at Hero MotoCorp. Despite leadership changes, the company remains committed to delivering high-quality products to its customers.
