Hanna Andersson, a children’s clothing brand that offers sustainable products for children from newborns to 12 years old, recently appointed Mike Frazzini as their new Chief Technology Officer. Frazzini will be responsible for leading the company’s technology advancement strategy as they continue to experience growth.

Frazzini brings over 25 years of leadership experience in e-commerce, business intelligence, ERP, finance, operations, and systems integrations. Prior to joining Hanna Andersson, he served as the technology chief of staff at floral and gift marketplace FTD, where he led a large tech team and supported the company’s tech vision and architecture. Before that, he was the chief of data science and insights products at tech company Iterate.ai, showcasing his diverse expertise in the tech industry.

As a visionary leader with a strong technology background, Frazzini is well-positioned to help Hanna Andersson achieve its growth goals. CEO Aimée Lapic expressed enthusiasm about Frazzini joining the executive team, highlighting his potential to drive the company forward. In his new role at Hanna Andersson, Frazzini will focus on developing technology in e-commerce and marketing as well as improving back-end operations including data infrastructure and technology governance. He will report directly to CEO Aimée Lapic who expressed her excitement about having him join the team stating that his potential to drive the company forward is immense.
