On April 25, the annual Science and Math night at Williams Elementary School in Jonesville drew hundreds of students and their families. The event, which took place in the school building, was well-attended and offered a variety of STEM activities for participants to explore.
The night was made possible with the support of the community, teachers, and students in the National Honor Society. One of the biggest attractions was Camp Michindoh, which provided hands-on experiences with various species of animals, delighting attendees of all ages. The Jonesville Middle and High School robotics teams also participated, showcasing their robots and coding skills to elementary-age students. This demonstration highlighted how robotic coding translates into real-life action, offering a unique learning experience for all involved.
