The singer mentioned giving themselves two more years to be sick before turning 30 and having a rebirth, focusing on being healthy and energetic in their 30s. Fans responded with messages of support and love, praising Halsey for being a voice for those who are chronically ill.

Although Halsey did not provide specific details about their condition, they tagged organizations like the Lupus Research Alliance and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in their post. One of the videos showed Halsey receiving treatment, hooked up to an infusion and wearing a mask. The album “The End,” which was released on Tuesday, was written and produced by Halsey, Michael Uzowuru, and Alex G.
