Science, technology, and innovation play a crucial role in driving economic growth and protecting the brands of local products. These topics were discussed during a working session led by Deputy Minister Tran Hong Thai of the Ministry of Science and Technology with the People’s Committee of Ha Tinh province on June 28. The session reviewed the results of science, technology, and innovation activities in Ha Tinh province from 2022-2024, identified challenges, proposed solutions, and outlined key tasks for the future.
Ha Tinh has made significant progress in advancing science and technology for socio-economic development. The Department of Science and Technology reported on various successful research projects undertaken by the province, including studies on plant and animal varieties, high-yield agriculture, and new technologies like greenhouse production and artificial intelligence applications. These initiatives have led to improved product quality and economic efficiency in key local products.
