Greeneye Technologies Secures $20 Million in Funding

Greeneye Technologies, a Tel Aviv-based company specializing in AI-enabled precision spraying technology, recently secured $20 million in funding. This investment round was led by Deep Insight, with additional participation from Syngenta Group Ventures, JVP, Orbia Ventures, Eyal Waldman, Iron Nation, and Amol Deshpande.

With this funding, Greeneye Technologies plans to expand its operations in the U.S., enhance the technology’s analytical capabilities, and broaden its application to new inputs and crops. Since its establishment in 2017 by CEO Nadav Bocher, the company has been dedicated to providing sustainable solutions that meet the global demand for food production while increasing productivity and profitability for farmers.

Greeneye Technologies is at the forefront of developing precision spraying technology by leveraging AI and deep machine learning to make intelligent real-time decisions in the field. This innovative approach has been shown to reduce chemical use and enhance weed control efficacy compared to traditional broadcast spraying methods.

Nadav Bocher expressed his excitement about welcoming new investors and acknowledged the continued support of existing partners. He emphasized the company’s commitment to pushing technological boundaries in order to address farmers’ critical challenges, tackle environmental issues and safeguard farmland for the future.
