On a regular Thursday afternoon at 1 p.m., an SUV crashed into a dog grooming business located at 139 North Howell Street in Pinckney, Michigan. The driver, a 78-year-old woman from Saline, accidentally drove into the front of the building, causing chaos.
During the accident, a 56-year-old male employee of the establishment was struck by the vehicle. Although he sustained minor injuries, he was treated at the scene by Livingston County EMS. The front door of the building was severely damaged, and the SUV’s front end was also damaged, rendering it undrivable.
Authorities are currently investigating the incident, but have confirmed that no serious injuries were reported. The dog grooming business will likely need extensive repairs to get back up and running after this unexpected event.
