She stated that the Climate Careers Fund, a social impact fund, will support workforce training in this crucial area of the economy. The funding will cover education in fields such as heating technologies and electric vehicles, with the goal of preparing individuals for careers in the growing green economy. It is estimated that these green-related opportunities will create around 30 thousand jobs in Massachusetts, further solidifying the state’s commitment to sustainability and environmental progress.
