In August 2022, Gwyneth Paltrow’s food venture, Goop Superfina, officially launched. The menu features a range of classic flavors like pepperoni, cheese, and Margherita along with unique options such as “Field of Greens,” “Shroom Shroom,” and a barbecue chicken pizza named after Paltrow’s son.
The menu also includes a selection of pasta, sides like broccoli or meatballs, and Goop Kitchen salads to round out the offerings. Chef Floresca shared with Vanity Fair that it took a year to develop the gluten-free pizza dough for Goop Superfina, with the goal of creating pizzas that could stand on their own without the need for labels like “gluten-free.”
