Research published in Science Advances found that living close to nature not only increases average life expectancy by 2.5 years but also has positive effects on overall health. DNA analysis from blood samples showed that people living near trees had a biological age that was 2.5 years younger on average compared to those with less greenery around their homes.

Engaging in regular physical activity is crucial for a healthy lifestyle. The World Health Organization recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. Studies have shown that even short bursts of exercise scattered throughout the day can have significant health benefits and help prevent premature death. Simple exercises like planks and wall leans can be done without the need for a gym, using body weight to improve strength and endurance.
