Geron Christian Joins the Titans: A New Chapter in a Family Dynasty

Titans reach deal with Geron Christian

The Titans have welcomed a new offensive lineman to their 90-man roster by agreeing to terms with Geron Christian on a contract. The specifics of the deal were not disclosed. Christian has experience starting at left tackle for the Browns, playing in nine games last season and appearing in a total of 10 games.

Originally a 2018 third-round pick by Washington, Christian has also spent time with the Texans, Chiefs, and Dolphins. His time in Cleveland included starts under Bill Callahan, who was the Browns’ offensive line coach at the time. Callahan now holds the same position on the Titans’ staff, under his son and Titans head coach Brian Callahan. This existing relationship and familiarity with Callahan’s coaching style should benefit Christian’s chances of earning a roster spot with the Titans.
