Gasoline prices in Finland vary widely across the country, with the cheapest option currently available at Neste Oil Express Hyrylä in Tuusula. According to polttoaine.net, the price of gasoline at this location is 1.694 euros per liter. The next cheapest options are at Teboil Tammisto in Vantaa and Neste Oil Express in Siltamäki. On the other hand, the most expensive gasoline can be found at ABC Caravan in Riihimäki, which costs 1.999 euros per liter, followed by ABC Prisma and ABC Kinturintie 2 also in Riihimäki.

For diesel, the cheapest option is currently available at Teboil Express Lentola in Kangasala, priced at 1.584 euros per liter. This is followed by Neste Oil Express in Hyrylä, Tuusula, and Teboil in Ristinumma, Vaasa. The most expensive diesel can be found at St1 Lauritsala in Lappeenranta, priced at 1.949 euros per liter, followed by Shell gas stations in Haapalehto and Pateniemi in Oulu.

Despite the upcoming Midsummer holiday when many people drive to their cabins, fuel prices are not expected to increase significantly due to various factors such as demand, refining costs, taxes and market competition. Hanna Kalenoja from Central Chamber of Commerce explains that fuel prices are influenced by these factors but there may be fluctuations in some areas overall the market tends to stay competitive during peak travel times.

Looking ahead to future fuel prices may be impacted by factors such as emissions trading and tax changes. Additionally, the distribution obligation for renewable fuels also plays a role on pricing.
