At the halfway point, #1 Purdue is being outshot from long range, with Tennessee shooting 54% from beyond the arc compared to Purdue’s 13%. Despite trailing since 8:35 in the first half, Purdue took a narrow lead of 33-32 with just two minutes left before halftime.

The second half has been full of excitement as both teams fight for a spot in the NCAA Tournament finals. Tennessee went on a dominant 15-4 scoring run over 4:53 to take a commanding lead of 32-23. However, Purdue was able to tie things up at 17 after trailing since the 15:25 mark in the first half. Tennessee responded with another impressive performance from beyond the arc and managed to maintain their advantage.
