From PSG to Real Madrid: Kylian Mbappe’s Dream Come True and Quest for Champions League Glory

Mbappe thrilled by dream Madrid transfer

On Monday evening, French forward Kylian Mbappe’s move to Real Madrid was officially confirmed. The 25-year-old will be joining the Spanish club on a five-year deal after his contract with Paris St-Germain expires at the end of June. Mbappe will be earning 15m euros a season along with a signing-on bonus of 150m euros to be paid over five years, in addition to retaining a portion of his image rights.

Mbappe shared his excitement about joining Real Madrid on Instagram, calling it a dream come true. He will be joining a team that recently secured their record-extending 15th European crown by winning the Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund. Mbappe’s arrival is expected to usher in a new era of Galacticos at Real Madrid alongside exciting talents like Vinicius Jr, Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, and new signing Endrick.

In February, Mbappe verbally agreed to join Real Madrid and announced in May that he would be leaving PSG at the end of the season. Since joining from Monaco in 2017, Mbappe has been a dominant force in Ligue 1, winning multiple titles and accolades. However, he narrowly missed out on winning the Champions League in 2019-20 and fell short in the 2022 World Cup final where France lost to Argentina.

Despite these setbacks, Mbappe’s move to Real Madrid presents an opportunity for him to pursue his dream of Champions League glory once again. With his exceptional talent and determination, Mbappe is poised to make a significant impact at the Spanish club and continue his impressive career trajectory as one of Europe’s top footballers.
