Teen from Butte featured on cereal box to raise awareness for pediatric healthcare

Brooke Glennon, an 18-year-old from Butte, is making waves in the world of pediatric health care. Earlier this year, she was selected as one of 11 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals National Champions, serving as an ambassador to shine a light on the vital work of pediatric hospitals across the nation.

Brooke shares her personal journey of overcoming mental health challenges and receiving support at Shodair Children’s Hospital in Helena. Through her collaboration with General Mills, Brooke’s image and story are featured on boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which can be found at Costcos in Montana. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these boxes will go to Shodair to support their efforts.

Brooke emphasizes the significance of pediatric psychiatric hospitals like Shodair, as they play a crucial role in addressing mental health issues in children. She expresses gratitude for the healing and hope that Shodair provided her and continues to offer to others in need of support.

This Saturday, Brooke will be signing cereal boxes at an event at Costco in Billings, further spreading her message of hope and resilience in the face of mental health challenges. Through her advocacy and personal story, Brooke continues to inspire others to seek help, share their struggles, and work towards breaking down barriers to mental health care.
