Manchester City’s Erling Haaland makes an appearance in “Clash of Clans” video game

Manchester City star player, Erling Haaland, is set to become the ‘King of the Barbarians’ in the popular mobile game “Clash of Clans”. A virtual version of the Norwegian striker has been integrated into this strategy video game developed by Supercell.

During May 1 to May 31, players can participate in an epic football-themed seasonal event that features Haaland. Special troops and event medals will be available to participants, and they will also have the opportunity to challenge Haaland’s village in the game. Haaland, who has been a fan of the game for over a decade, expressed his excitement about being a part of this collaboration.

In a press release, Haaland shared his thoughts on the collaboration, stating, “It’s been hard to keep this a secret, but I’m excited to finally talk about this epic collaboration with Clash of Clans. I have been a big fan of the game for a long time and know everything about it, so appearing as a character in the game is really great.” An animated video was released to announce the collaboration, showcasing Haaland being transported into the world of “Clash of Clans”.

Haaland has previously been featured in another video game as he was once the face of FIFA 24 (now EA FC 24). This exciting football-themed seasonal event gives players an opportunity to immerse themselves in an incredible world where they can compete against others and showcase their skills.
