French Men’s National Basketball Team: A Force to Be Reckoned With at 2024 Paris Olympics

France is set to host the 2024 Paris Olympics and the French Men’s National Basketball Team has a chance of winning a medal. Although they did not have to participate in the qualification process as the host country, they are still a force to be reckoned with. The team recently released their preliminary roster, which is stacked with talent.

Leading the roster is NBA Rookie of the Year Victor Wembanyama, who had an impressive season averaging 21.4 points, 10.6 rebounds, and 3.6 blocks per game. He was also a defensive force and finished second in voting for Defensive Player of the Year as a rookie. Alongside him is Rudy Gobert, who won DPOY award.
