The European Parliament Offices in Italy and the National Association of Young Innovators (ANGI) co-hosted a conference with significant attendance on Thursday, June 6 at the Europe Experience in Rome. The theme of the conference was “Investments, finance, subsidized credit and tools for growth in Europe.”

The event began with opening speeches from key players including Francesco Marcolini, President of Lazio Innova and Carlo Corazza, Director of the European Parliament Offices in Italy. They emphasized the importance of understanding Europe’s role as a hub for capital and financing opportunities and highlighted available resources to facilitate economic growth and innovation.

Gabriele Ferrieri, President of ANGI, underscored the significance of the conference’s focus on business growth tools, subsidized finance, credit support for startups, and fostering innovation. He emphasized that young people need early support to prepare them for the job market. Notable speakers included representatives from InfoCamere, CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, European Investment Bank, SIMEST Spa and other organizations involved in finance and innovation.

During discussions focused on ecological transition challenges and objectives related to digital transformation as well as talent development initiatives in Italy and Europe. Overall, it was a platform for dialogue among stakeholders to foster business growth opportunities while also emphasizing bridging education to job market gaps to create chances for young people’s future career development.
